2 years this comics been running and this is the first WoW strip. I think we did well to last so long. The truth is I've never even played it. That much is probably obvious to any of you readers who do play it. I doubt the Lich king has an elf who also happens to be a servant. Then again maybe he does. Maybe the elfs name is Greg.

I digress.

The site is going through an overhaul at the moment, this should gie the site a whole new look and new functionality. This should go live in a week or two max so maybe check that out before you make up your mind.

I played The Force Unleashed demo over the bank holiday weekend and spent a few days meditating on it. I also meditated on some beers, a poker game and a BBQ. Good weekend. Anyway, the game is pretty solid. There are certainly things I don't like, such as the way Starkiller's face looks in the cutscenes after seeing him look so awesome in SCIV or the just horrible QTE at the end of the demo (No matter where you activate it from you get the same animation everytime), but there is plenty to enjoy.

The physics is clearly the big draw here. Throwing troopers around huge environments is very amusing and being able to bend those metal girders into the flight paths of the Tie Fighters was a nice touch. Just how dynamic these kinds of interactions are remains to be seen. Everytime I used the force to blast open doors I found it hard to tell if they were warping in the same way every time or not. I'll be interested to try these force powers out on tree's etc in the full game.

Overall I think the games good. There are weak links that I would love to see changed but with the release so close we all know thats not going to happen. Did any of you guys download this? Let me know what your thoughts are in the comments.
